Sitting on the yellow/green fence, but figured Id chart this as another green day. There's no doubt that exercising the way I have been lately, has been having a more negative effect on my breathing than in the past.Today my feet and legs are incredibly sore, but I have just one more 5 mile tempo walk today, before having 2 whole days off.
