The Spring time breathing reprieve continues. Only requiring breathing treatments about every 5-6 hours compared to every 2-3 hours just a month ago and every 1-2 hours the month before that.It's only 5am right now and I haven't decided yet if I'm going to do the 18 miler today or on Saturday. I'm still sore from last weekends racewalking clinic.
