Brought this flare on myself by over-doing it during yesterdays 18 mile walk. Unfortunately, that's the trade- off I face if I want to participate in this kind of sport. Right now it's just a lot air-trapping, hopefully this wont escalate into something more serious.Next long walk is in a week, 12 miles, followed by a 20 mile walk the week after that.
