Wednesday I went in for a scheduled meeting with my parole officer and ended up back in the slammer for a few days. I’m home now , but I’ll be out of commission for a while.

Thanks to all the cool Doctors and Nurses who took care of me this time around— there wasn’t a mean one in the bunch!

Sorry, if I ‘ve missed out on some of your posts , I’ll play catch- up next week.
In the meantime, everyone have a Great 4 th of July week!

I only have 30 days to get well and to train for the SF marathon… Will I make it?
