A physicians perspective on dysnea and opiates

I don’t know how many physicians actually read my stuff, but I’m totally flattered that someone would find one of my stories interesting enough for them to expand on it and write their own post about it.

Moderate shortness of breath.

A combination of over-exerting myself and poor air quality are doing a number on my breathing.

Fitness: Rest Day.

Other News: Next race in less 4 weeks!
