Symptoms: Yellow zone

Symptoms are worse today. Had to bump steroids up to 60mg.

Fitness: All exercise is on hold until I'm breathing better.

FEV1: ⇩ 34% O2 SAT: ⇩ 94% Peak Flows:⇩ 64%
