My heart rate was higher, my feet were comfortable even after a few miles and I began to lose weight more quickly then before. Just wanted to share. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you don't run into any aliens, unless you want to that is! Looking forward to how you get on, and man that drive is longer than going from one end of the UK to the other end length wise, at least I think it is...having done a 10 drive that was 500 miles, thinking about it, it's probably about 800 miles long so maybe not, but it's close!
