Medications :

• Atrovent Solution unit dose, nebulized Q4
• Albuterol Solution 0.5ml , nebulized Q4 and Q30 minutes prn severe respiratory distress
• Albuterol MDI 1-4 puffs prn SOB
• Prednisone 60mg with rapid taper for flare-ups
• Symbicort 2 puffs BID
• Spiriva 1 capsule Q Day
• Flonase via nostril 1 puff Q Day
• Zyrtec Q day prn allergy season
• Zocor 20 mg Q day ( For high cholesterol)
• Benazepril 20mg Q day ( for high blood pressure)
• Calicium, Potassium ,Vitamin D, K supplements Q Day
• Ativan 0.25-0.5 mg Q evening and Q8 prn anxiety or breathlessness
• Vicodin (used for dyspnea ) Q6 PRN
• Vitamins D and B12
• Fentanyl IV prn dyspnea (while in hospital only)
• Nebulized Morphine 2-4 mg PRN Severe Dyspnea

Experimental :

• Azthromycin 250 mg every other day x 10 weeks ( ends May 5th,2013)

Discontinued Meds:

• Singulair
• Xolair
• QVAR
• Methadone

Drug Allergies :

• Penicillin……….reaction=anaphylaxsis
• Aspirin…………reaction=makes me wheeze.
• Propofol?……….reaction= lactic acidosis on more than one occasion
• Sulfites in red wine, makes me wheeze and turns my face bright red.
