Thanks Dora you’re too kind, but my technique was really off in Solona beach . I’m actually walking 10 times better now. The problem that I’ll always have though, is that I just don’t have the lung capacity to go fast enough to roll through each step smoothly.

now that I am seem to be recovering from my last asthma related hospital visit, I think I am going to try some of your walking. If you can do it, then certainly I should be able to. Thanks for the inspiration.
