      Hi Olvia, Thanks, It’s a work in progress. (I’m about half way done) My asthma is actually good today. Hope you’re breathing good too!

        Glad your asthma is good. Mines not been so good. i was back in the hospital for the last week or so and jsut got home. Am writing blog about it jsut now. It really hit me hard this time emotionally and feel a bit shaky. Looking forward to seeing the end result of your blog makeover!!!

      Hi Janeen, Actually, I stole the line” will and passion” from Barry Manilow’s “Music and Passion shows.” He ranks up there as one of my all time favorite composers and entertainers. I listen to a lot of his music when I walk.

Moderate shortness of breath. A combination of over-exerting myself and poor air quality are doing a number on my breathing.

Fitness: Rest Day.
